Rollerdrome

Release date: August 16, 2022
We’veplayed a number of skating games before, but none quite like this. Roll7 and Private Division — the studio behind the amazing OlliOlli World – are going to release Rollerdrome later this year. Rollerdrome is a shooter-skater hybrid, a frenetic third-person shooter on rollerblades that allows for smooth movement and trickery techniques among the cel-shaded mayhem. Rollerdrome is probably one of 2022’s most anticipated games.
Marvel’s Midnight Suns

Release date: October 7, 2022
Firaxis, the developer behind the XCOM series, is bringing us Marvel’s Midnight Suns – a supernatural strategygame featuring 12 iconic Marvel heroes. These Midnight Suns characters are banding together to take on Lillith, the Mother of Demons. But, they’ll also need help from The Hunter – aka you, the first-ever customizable Marvel hero.
Forspoken
Platform(s): PS5, PC
Release date: October 11, 2022
The Luminous Productions team includes several of the Final Fantasy 15 developers. Forspoken is the studio’s first adventure, and it tells the narrative of Frey, a young lady from New York who finds herself in the inhospitable planet of Athia. Forspoken has a slew of notable writers, including Gary Whitta, Alison Rhymer, Todd Stashwich, and Amy Hennig, as well as magic abilities, parkour, and a slew of other-worldly monsters.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Release date: October 28, 2022
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is officially en route from developer Infinity Ward and will see the return of Task Force 141 from the 2019 reboot of the series. It’s narratively going to be a continuation of that story, which ended with Captain Price sitting down with CIA handler Kate Laswell to discuss Victor Zakhaev, along with General Shepherd. Otherwise, for now, details are light, but at least we’ve got a release date.
The Callisto Protocol

Fans of survival horror may want to have The Callisto Protocol on their internal motion sensor. Debuting from new studio Striking Distance, the next-gen survival horror game takes place within a maximum security prison on Jupiter’s moon, and promises plenty of gruesome alien nightmare fuel. Devised from Glen Schofield, the man we have to thank for Dead Space, The Callisto Protocol also technically takes place in the PUBG universe – yes, that PUBG universe. See, now you’re interested.
Hogwarts Legacy

Release date: Holiday 2022
While not a literal adaptation of the Harry Potter books,Hogwarts Legacy draws heavily from the mythos. You’ll be playing as a Hogwarts student in the 1800s, hundreds of years before Harry and pals were born, but you’ll no sure get up to plenty of wizardy trouble. Because it’s an open world RPG, there’ll be lots to discover.
